OTB Hospitality Fort-Gale, Eastern Cape

Poor hospitality. I arrived and the toilets had urine all over, the shower had dirt and hairs on the floor and the bed sheets were brown and had hairs, no tea amenities placed. And when I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked to check out even though I had already spent a night in the filth it was a 2 nights stay, the owner was rude to me during my stay and when I asked for my refund for the 2nd night I wouldn't stay there, she refused with my money, so basically she scammed me. If you know your money's worth, don't come here.

Had a lovely time there like i always do.
