Got a good warm welcome, escorted to a table, got outstanding services, clean toilet facilities. Kid-friendliness: Facility has an allocated kid friendly play ground area. Parking: Enough parking with a professional security guard in full uniform patrolling the outside area of the facility.
The food was of GREAT quality and the drinkSwere really good, too. Our waitress was so friendly, it was almost scary! Not used to that level of friendliness, well done. We enjoyed it a lot and will surely return when we can. Kid-friendliness: Awesome playground for the kids and Spur's kiddies menu is really extensive, our boy loves it.
Thank you, Storm & Ronald! ; I would like to share that I became frustrated a number of times as a regular customer ordering 14+ times in month on Mr D when my order notes were not acknowledged I phoned and spoke to the manager, Storm, about my concerns, after which my next order came through perfectly as requested. The following day I ordered again and somehow we were back to square one.I think due to different staff on duty. I then phoned again that day describing that on the previous day I had phoned to complain. On this occasion I spoke to another lady managerdidn’t catch name whom was empathetic but it did not seem to be able to address or effectively sort the issue, as the following day I again ordered, having the same issue. I phoned for the third time and spoke to Ronald who went as far as offering to drop items I requested off for me. I refused the offer as I’m not unreasonable. I politely asked that my requests should simply be acknowledged and noted. In the end I think things have been rectified and they are attentive. The food itself is normally delicious. Storm & Ronald went above and beyond and need mentioning in this positive review. Thank you very much! Happy customer! ** Cheese Burger binge eating**
Ethel, our waitron was an absolute gem! Very friendly and had a great sense of humour. She was extremely professional and took extra care of my 81 year old father-in-law. It was wonderful to see a younger person treating an elderly person with so much respect. Ethel, I commend you, thank-you so much!Food: 5/5
For me personally, this is the best Spur to go for burgers, their service is always good and they never disappoint, it's always the way you request it to be, perfectly medium rare as I like it to be and ice cold beers..
Excellent service from the waitor, food was amazing, well prepared.
A good restaurant for taking the whole family to. They are well staffed with friendly helpful employees. Their menu is extensively populated with mouth watering dishes. Drinks and food arrived within the normal waiting period. It was rather busy so requests for vinegar took slightly long. We also joined in their traditional birthday serenade for the table next to us. Thanks for a great breakfast.
The food and service is great. Their new line of cocktails needs a bit of work, though. But an overall a pleasant visitFood: 3/5
Onion rings not always consistent but overall a firm favorite.Food: 5/5
