It wasn't empty but they worked fast. The store was clean and the manager could be seen walking the floor and ensuring that the patrons were happy. I'm lovin it. Definitely going back when I'm in the area.Food: 5/5
I don't see the point of me buying food at this branch at all numberes times have I orders a junior burger with no garnish for my son and when I get my food it will have garnish on,it's now 2 days in a row they get my bladdy order wrong this is really frustrating now I order 2 junior chicken burgers and they charge me for a kiddies meal I don't understand that 2 days in a row its wrong I paid more for something I did not order.......I order a small coke and then I get a watermelon and passion fruit mc fizz I really just don't get it I order a breakfast meal with my order of 2 junior burgers and I don't get the breakfast meal had to turn around and go back for it.
Great place but policies are not applied fairly. On the 16th of Feb 23, I visited Mc Donald's, but was dressed in PJs and a gown, for this reason I was asked to leave the premises as PJs are not allowed. 17 Feb 23, I returned to the same MCs Donald's and noticed a whole family dressed in PJs, but they were allowed to enjoy their meal in the premises.
Order 6 nuggets and get only 4. Disappointed.Food: 2/5
I have never waited so long for food at any McDonalds but I have to be honest and say I have never in my life seen any branch serve that many people in the time we were waiting. How the staff even cope I have no idea. They still got our order out and correct the first time. The 4 star is only for the long wait, it would be 5 otherwise.
I had an issue that they got my order wrong. This is the first Mcdonalds that sorted it out quickly and kindly. They replaced my order with the correct one. Everyone makes mistakes,how it's handled is what matters. They made me a happy customer again.
Went to McDonald’s today. Got my order completely wrong today. My boyfriend and I ordered two grand chicken spicy meals, they lady at the till confirmed the order. However when I got home the burgers were completely wrong. No hot sauce, no lettuce. The burger just had the chicken patty with mayonnaise and a piece of ham with cheese. Like what is that. So disappointed because I always go there, guess I’m changing my McDonald’s
We did a massive late night cheeseburger and milkshake order and it was processed perfectly.. well done!!Food: 5/5
