Bob by far is the best waitor ever. I refuse to go to any other Spur. Best service by far. Makes you feel so welcomed always ready for a friendly chat. He puts so much effort to deliver at his best.... Well done Bob you are awesome you keep me coming for more.Food: 5/5

Really enjoyed this Spur. Not too large or noisy. Huge kids play area and quite spacious unlike outer Spur branches. Service was awesome, friendly staff and not a long wait for meals. Food was perfect. Tried there pizza for the first time and quite impressed. Would definitely visit again.

What a bad experience, No one at door to check temp, had to find own table, waiter took long to arrive. We ordered starters that had plastic on chicken wings. No manager around and service was slow. Didn't clean table after we ate nor taking of menus after we orders . Not impressed, as we use too come here often and not the same service like before!!!! Won't be coming back..

Its our favorite Spur. 1st time we have done breakfast here and have to say the service was not great. We had to call  twice for service, had to ask someone else for help. Food was ok. It's amazing after a bad experience the bill comes in a flash.Food: 3/5

Smoke prevalent from smoking area in the general dining area. Very unpleasant to have to eat with a strong smoke smell. Wife ordered the 1/4 chicken and it was raw, this happened twice in the same week. Ordered medium steak, came well-done.The revamp is great, but something is terribly wrong.

Thank you to Lesego and the newly revamped Spur for hosting our family birthday. Lesego was fantastic in helping us and we were greeted and left with a smile.Food: 5/5

Good day  We love spur and will always come back anytime. Spur is the best place on earth and we love the food and services, there is always a awesome atmospheres and we feel blessed to go there and enjoy it.  Kind regards Cynthia Gibson

Great service with the serving and taste you would expect from Spur. Kids facilities are top notch

Very at home type atmosphere, you don't feel the need to hurry your meal, staff make you feel welcome and relaxed, food well prepared, I really liked it thereFood: 5/5

Absolutely disgusted by the service i got today. I go to this branch almost ones or twice a week with no problem. Today i get seated and told the waiter will be with me soon. After atleaset almost 30 min no one came. But all the waiters stands around doing nothing even one looking right at me and ignored me. Manager was good trying to resolve the issue but i left as i felt very unwelcome and given bad looks.
