My experience to try and just get an appointment has been disappointing. My GP sent a referral letter on the 7th of Dec 2022 and it's almost 2 months later with no acknowledgment therof. I've been phoning trying to follow up and the receptionist Zoey promises to get back to me daily with an answer and still has not. My worry is that Dr Francis came recommended so highly but the lack of communication has me doubtful as the after service and follow ups might be just as hard.
Thank you to Doctor Francis for saving my life! Doctor admitted me from her rooms after her initial examination for further in-hospital tests. Thanks to this quick action on her part, Doctor Francis was then able to diagnose Guillain-Barre Syndrome, commence treatment early and ultimately save my life and let me go home to my children... I owe her EVERYTHING... Thank you again Doctor, words cannot express my gratitude...
Dr Patty Francis for a good many years. She has been so determined in trying to help me with me Epilepsy. I do have other issues which she has always been there to help me try sort them out. I wouldn’t change her for the world. Thank you and God Bless to an amazing woman.
