There are so many good doctors l, but their administration and communication needs attention.
Don't go to this place terribe dentist, i went for a normal filing, never had any pain and was charge over R1800 Now i got terrible nerve pain. I went to Dr Ubbink, won't be going there for a third time.
If i could 0 star this I would have - 10 star it. worst SERVICE ever. They lie to you by saying they will call you on a monday to continue the work they have been busy with on my tooth. It's already Thursday I had To call THEM AND ASK WHAT IS GOING ON and then they tell me to come in the next day at 12 it's the only opening. They simply think i don't have business to attend and they demand that i will be there after notifying me not even 24hours prior this is humiliating to say I have came back 3 times to fix the same tooth but they fail to setup the follow up meeting and then leave me for 2 months and do it all over again. They are lazy.
Used to be my go to medical place, but since 2020 it’s been one bad service to another. A bit disappointed that they close earlier than previously. * Rude receptionist * Mixed file issues, had to open a new file 3times’ * They have old Doctors who can’t properly examine you due to their eyesight had to seek second opinion since the consultation
Very bad experience. Had to go back 3 times for one tooth. It started out as a small chip and ended up having nerve pain. I will NOT be going back a fourth time. I went to Dr. Ubbink.
Online booking appointments does not give you accurate times for when the dr is available or when they are on a break. If you book for a certain time that is not available it will be cancelled the next day even if it was previously confirmed the night before. If the certain time period is not available then it must not even be an option to choose from.
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely no client service, compassion, or even professional telephone etiquette. Last year I had an appointment after my regular dentist contracted COVID and I had an emergency. The dentist kept looking at the clock as he worked and not even 20 minutes later he was done, ready to receive the next patient. A few short months later and the filling has disintegrated, my mouth is swollen and I look like an over-eager hamster: I'm in pain. The receptionist had zero compassion and even insinuated that that is what happens to fillings after a few months: it just disintegrates and falls out. I would not recommend this dental practice to anyone.
Absolute lack of sympathy and reassurance towards my child when he had to remove 3 teeth . Received textbook answers when I complained to Medicross. Dr Ubbink simply refuses to acknowledge that he might have been able to handle a scared child better. Yes, all the correct procedures were followed. The way in which it was done is shocking!
Very good and busy practise.
Great service, Accounts department not as efficient as the medical department, they get things wrong and often.
