I've had a good experience at this Mercedes-Benz, compared to the Bryanston branch it was terrible. Took my 6 year old Merc here for its service and everything got handled so cleanly and smoothly. Good communication from the service attenders. Would be bring my Mercedes-Benz here again
Terrible experience with your service department. More especially your service advisor. I had to constantly follow up with the status of repairs during the 1 week my car was there. I did mention to the service advisor that I needed my car urgently. Followed up on Friday after my car being there for 4 days and the service advisor doesn’t even bother to return my call. Get a call Monday morning that my car is ready. I’m sure it was ready on Friday but no care was given to notify me.
I took my car for service to this dealer on Friday 02 June 2023. Until today, I still don't have my car back because I have an extended service plan Innovation Group and according to the consultant it takes time to send the information to Innovation Group. It's almost a week now without a car that went in for a mere service. This is so unbelievable!!!
Took my car in on Monday. Using a different service motor plan. First I was the first to arrive. Even before some staff members. I then was allocated a service advisor that I did not request for. Well and good...I accepted. Now around 11am I was told that they are sending the quotation to my service provider and they must send approval letter. Before the end of the day the approval letter was sent. The next day Tuesday I was expecting that my car will be prioritized as it came a day before. To my surprise the service advisor only called me around 12 :20 to let me know that they are working the car. She then said to me she will either sent the invoice in the afternoon or tomorrow which is now Wednesday. I waited and waited. Called her around 9:30 only to be told . That she was busy checking in other cars. Wow..invoice was then sent after 12... I quickly signed scanned and send back to her. My motorplan service quickly made a payment. Send proof of payment. Guess what. I am told I must wait for 24hrs for funds to clear with their finance department otherwise the will not release the car. Oh my God...can we not move with the times and get better system to confirm payments. Well it is Thursday and I was told to wait the car might released tomorrow Friday.Why , when payment is done. Why this manual system. As for my service advisor her attitude and impatience needs to be looked at. She was really rude and spoke over me. I truly wish Motus Group to look at customer service at Constatiakloof branch because since you took over. It is from 10 to 0... unfortunately there is no -o rating . There are system that could link with banks to fast track the payment process from your side. I am a fan of Mercedes Benz but I regret purchasing what I thought was my dream car....as Mercedes Benz SA it is really short changing their customers. Take time to read reviews on all platforms. Customer service training recommended for all service advisors. I am done. Will try Lenesia , since Sandton is equally useless. Lenasia doesn't have good reviews either but I will try. I am done with Constatiakloof.
I didn't go in but there is order here. Premises are safe, clean and tidied up all the time. I bet the customer service is also excellent.

The best service I have ever experienced in this industry, I was appalled by the spirit of team work in order to achieve the same, they gave me a Queen customer experience, their goal was just to make sure the customer is happy, and guess what, I walked out a very happy customer. Shocking service. Bought an E220d there 5 years ago. Car was under motor plan. A week ago, service light came on before the motor plan expired and before the car reach 100,000km. Took the vehicle in after booking it in advance. They had no basic spare parts, so my vehicle was stuck at the dealership for 4 days - no apologies, no support, no offer of a support vehicle, nothing! Collected the vehicle eventually. Three days later, warning light goes no - “AdBlue”. Took the vehicle back to them. Because it was now over 100,000km, we were forced to pay for the “AdBlue”. They were horribly rude and did not want to support my wife. It’s obvious that the vehicle was not properly serviced initially. Shocking - worse than a government run SOE.
There is no better dealership of any kind in my mind !! Wow ! Wow, and wow !! The level of professionalism is excellent, and the staff is super friendly. The new S class is off the hook ! Never in my life have I seen such luxury,elegance, and exuberance in a car !! A massive shoutout to all the staff !! You guys rock. One day when I'm big I will drive that S class !!
The service at this mercedes benz has deteriorated. I don’t know whether it’s the move to Motus or what but the service is no longer what it used to be. The worst us when they keep the car the whole day and pretend like they can’t find the problem but when I went to fetch the car from the dealership it has not moved from the parking I left it in, parked slanted to the right exactly how I parked this morning meaning the car was never touched!!
