just now The apartment waa found in the 2nd week of July and first contact was made between the 16 and the 20 July ,my fiance went to view the apartment round abt that time then he and the Lady made a verbal agreement that he will be renting the apartment,the 1st verbal agreement was made on the 20th that the lease will be 6 months, Payment was made on the 28th July then she confirmed receipt of payment that same day lease date was 1 Aug and we attempted to move in on the 2nd August, Which is when she changed the lease with a pen to one month and then changed her mind and told us on the 2nd that we are not allowed to move in and she will be keeping our property and deposit,she is rude,unprofessional and we have opted to lay criminal charges against her ..she live at number 39 and she claims she owns the apartment block
