We'll talk about the portions later. This is the second time I've bought from the drive-thru and gotten a meal with no ketchup? I do not believe it is a coincidence! Your standards have dropped to the Southgate Value Mart standards! YOUR FRIES TASTE LIKE CARDBOARD WITH NO KETCHUP!!!! If you want us to purchase ketchup seperately then say so! Don't make us eat this junk! Now I have to throw the fries away!
The most awful Mcdonalds experience is surely found on Burger Street Mcdonalds Columbine. Arrived at 5:50am, Firstly an alcohol bottle was spotted in the Drive Thru before breakfast. The so called 24 hour Drive Thru service is block by milk crates. The security housed in side the Mcdonalds does not know the correct time the doors open as he advised 6am. Finally reversed parked into the Drive Thru, placed an order, the most negatively driven attitude staff member you can converse with at that hour of the morning. Arrive at the pickup window and presented with the completely incorrect order with 3/4 cups of soft drinks. Handed in my slip to another confused staff member. Waited a total of 45 minutes for food in the grill parking bay. Watching a staff member dispose of the alcohol bottle from the Drive Thru. The sorely lacking standards at this Mcdonalds does a great disservice to the global brand experience and the area it services. Please rescue the incompetence and bad management.
Like any usual Mac Donald's. Service is good. The interior decoration is a slightly outdated compared to other Mac Ds. Everytime I come here the food is piping hot, which is good, it means they made it there and then, and it wasn't sitting there waiting for the next order to come in. Kid-friendliness: A jungle-gym is provided. Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp to access entrance.
Driveway very efficient but 2 most recent orders were slightly incorrect & misding items. Overall very clean sit in experience & professional, very friendly & efficient staff. Thank you! I'm adding onto an old review to show that I've had many good experiences there. But today was purely disgusting. I got raw and undercooked, oily chicken nuggets that were still pink in the centre. This is a health hazard! The lady taking my order was also quite rude for no reason. Utterly disappointed. Wasted my money.
The wi fi is not good , downloaded the app is complicated to register for rewards just left the app.The wi fi is my main complaint.Food: 4/5
This past weekend, the service experience at McDonalds was disappointing - went inside as the drive through queue very long. We waited 40 min for one medium meal and additional fries. After 40 min, went in search of the food at which point it was only then packed for us. There were 3 other families also waiting and having the same issue. Every weekend, one finds the drive through feeling like you are on the M1 in peak hour traffic This McDonalds gets really busy during peak times and it is clear that there is a staff shortage to adequately service customers during this time- suggest that part time staff be brought on to assist during peak times The food is good and staff try their best to be in good spirits despite being so hectic - well done on this
I was told that I should go straight to the pay point without ordering, When I got there 10 to 15 minutes I was asked my order number. The fries were cold but after waiting for so long I decided to leave. I didn't enjoy my Macfeast,it was rather dry even though the reason I order it ots because it's more saucyFood: 2/5
Always excellent service provided. I never ever have to wait for my food - they are the real definition of fast food. Staff is friendly, and it never feels like you asking for too much
Drive thru is a nightmare, spent over an hour in the queue and drive- thru staff not friendly and almost every time get wrong orders
No sauces available not even ketchup, no straws for your drinks and most items sold out on a Saturday night "waiting delivery"Food: 1/5
