We recently relocated to Gauteng and had to rush our yorkie to the vet, as he injured himself whilst playing, the experience from calling in to the attendance of the Dr was amazing, the reception staff are amazing and friendly!
Excellent service and reasonable prices
Had a good experience with this establishment. Kept to appointment time. I was walking my very nervous dog in the garden and the Dr. actually came out and called us in. Loved it when I was settling the bill, one of the assistants took my nervous dog and walked him and then helped to put him in my car.
Although they couldnt save my pup they did everything they could while still offering the best possible service they could. Thank you
Always a good, seamless experience at this vet. Been using them for more than a decade and we're extremely happy. Also nice jerseys for sale there during winter.
When we were looking for a Veterinarian, I asked a few pet owners in my neighborhood for suggestions and Midrand Veterinary clinic came highly recommended. After going there myself I can actually see why. When calling to make the appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and patiently answered the many questions i had, when we arrived we received the same warm welcome. The Vet herself was friendly and soft spoken and put our very nervous kitten and owners at ease. She answered the many questions we had and explained exactly what she was going to be doing. Their pricing is very reasonable and i can see they are in the business care about animals and what they do. Overall will continue to go there and 5 stars will recommend others as well.
Was our pups first visit to the vet since we adopted him. Really happy with the treatment he received.
Dr Zimmerman is fabulous as are her staff.
Yesterday, i visited the practice, unscheduled due to a kitty emergency and the vet and staff accommodated me with pleasure. The vet Nikki, was absolutely amazing - she talked me thorough the treatment and reassured me that kitty will be fine and plotted my way forward. She even said that kitty does not have to be admitted, after being told by another vet that hospitalization was the only way forward. I am extremely grateful for the expertise and sheer, utter love for helping our fur babies and not just looking for ways to make money of us in our darkest of hours. <3
Dr Nicky and her team are just absolutely amazing!! Thank you for loving my babies as much as I do
