Clean place. During this time of COVID I do recommend you always sanitize after using the communal facilities. We stayed in the wooden cabins that are R600 per night. Beware of rats and mice that will nibble open items of food at night. It's expected since the cabins aren't sealed. Cabins are sturdy and are able to weather very strong winds and rain. We were impressed with that. Take a heater. Gets cold and draughty at night. Wish water points were closer to the cabins but for fishermen this isn't a problem. We were a family. Kids can play in the river sand. Remember to take sand castle toys. Fridge doesn't work well. Take multiplugs since there is only 1 plug point. Take a mop and broom if staying for longer than 2 nights. All in all a good stay. We went in the week so we had the place to ourselves. No bass, just carp

It's private. We'll kept bathrooms with warm water. Fantastic fishing and the staff are very accommodating.
