Pathetic service. Its like cashier cannot speak. Not warm, welcoming and friendly. Sitting there as if she is doing the world a favour attitude. No customer interaction from any other staff members either. Kiddies meals found at the other branch, also not stocked here.
Weren't very friendly or helpful when I called. The staff also had no idea whether they are supplying grass-fed meat or grain-fed meat. They should be able to answer that questions straight away. Don't know what their meat is like, so cannot comment on the quality of that.
Awesome experience, ordered beef hind quater , excellent quality meat neatly packed as we requested. Thank you and keep up these high standards
Quality of meat has definately deteriorated over time. Bought fillet that can only be obtained vacuum packed, but 3 different beef types were in the packs, definately not fillet. Powdered biltong packed previous day according to label was rancid. Biltong so salty compared to previous pieces could not be consumed. Wors taste gone backward, seems to be filled with more filling than meat. Not worthwhile buying there any more.
I have been a long time customer of Mondanette. Unfortunately, the quality of their meat has been going downhill for a while now. One thing that I do like is their pasta salad side dish. Also, always check your slips / receipts because on the 25th of February 2022 I was charged almost R500 for pasta salad and 4 chicken sosaties, and the attitude of the staff to rectify this was unacceptable. I will not be using this establishment again
I would just like to commend you on your excellent service and delivery time. Your email said 16:30 delivery time and he arrived at 16:35. I will be a loyal customer from here on out!! Excellent!
A great butchery. Bigger than the old family butchery, but has a family feel. The meat is really good quality. The pricing is also really fair. I do like to get the bulk of my monthly meat from this establishment.
Great quality, reasonable prices
Quite simply, my favourite butchery in South Africa! Better than 5 star service, better than 5 star quality of their meat products, another bonus... They open at 06:00 on a Saturday morning! You have to ask yourself why they open so early on a Saturday? Answer, because there are customers! Why are there customers so early on a Saturday? Because the butchery is THAT GOOD! Best boerewors in the country. Best hamburger patties, best rump kebabs! There are plentiful highly trained butchers working there, available to answer your questions and give suggestions. There shelves are always being restocked with fresh produce. I can't recommend them enough!
Such a disappointment... We've been supporting Mondanette the whole year with our game processing... Now we asked them to stay open a little later as we are coming from the Northern Cape... They did not even bother to talk to us... Just told the lady at reception that the answer is NO... A sure way of losing customers... If you hi the extra mile they will come back and talk about you... If you dismiss them they will tell everyone.. Shame on you Mondanette
