Omg! I love their food lol, it tastes like Indian food. They were nice and the place is clean. Their food is pricey but I guess it's because of the location, the rice is small, the chicken size is good, the sauce is too much but I enjoyed everything. Did you see mine before and after pictures? Lol
Visited this place a good number of times before and the food was excellent however on this occasion the the quarter chicken I ordered was raw and not cooked evenly , I understand it is a busy restaurant but I wouldn’t have minded waiting a little longer and having properly cooked food.
Seriously not happy at the moment. Placed a huge order over R1200 for a business lunch and requested the food be here by 1pm. It is now 45 min later and they still cannot locate where my order is with the driver. Driver has apparently stopped taking calls. This is unacceptable!! My order no is: 8263/938225343.
Our cashier was precious till number/employee number is 3021she was so rude when taking our order. We ordered half hot n half mild chicken however when we received our order we were only given mild flavour im so upset cause we hv already left the store. Never coming back to this Nandos n TERRIBLE service from precious
The chickens were cold and not cooked properly even though we asked them to make chicken extra welll done when we placed the order. We asked them to return back on the grill and they took too long to bring them back even though the restaurant wasn't crowded.
The lemon slices in our drinks looked half eaten and our the preparation of our pitas was very sloppy. It had all the chicken at the top and all the salad and halloumi at the bottom. We had ordered hot and we didn't even get mild. It was completely tasteless and overall just horrible. Worst Nandos meal we've ever had by far. What a disappointment!
We ordered a veg and halloumi wrap for a member of our team that is fasting from meat for religious reasons and it was delivered with chicken on it. This is a disgusting unforgivable mistake from Nandos, vegetarians, especially for religious reasons should actually be able to trust Nandos. And the worst part is there is no customer service, I called for an hour no one picks up. Complained on the website, no one has called me. Absolutely useless service, so disappointing from Nandos, will never order from Sandton city branch again
I ordered through uber eats, the order was never delivered and I got charged full for it. The delivery guy went and gave someones food and I got charged a full amount for not recieveing my food. Absolutely disturbing how this scame works. Please be cautious when ordering from Nandos Sandton City. Not the first time I am having an issue.
you call this a salad? how could anyone in their right mind advertise a salad with items in it, then deliver a bucket of leaves? You people are insane. You have become the WORST nandos in SA. Nandos as a whole has become over priced, and honestly??? DISGUSTING!!!!
The food was delicious as always and the service was okay. I find it weird that the menu in England is slightly different tho with bottomless drinks, peri peri chips etc. All in all, Nando’s is always a great idea for quick, inexpensive and delicious food...
