From the initial enquiry message to me leaving the studio, I was met with the most professional, outstanding service anyone could ever ask for. I suffer from a condition called alopecia areata, which is hairloss due to severe stress. I lost my hair on my head for a few years and recently my condition worsened where I lost my eyebrows and eyelashes. Being a female that’s losing all her hair has been one of the most difficult things that I had to go through. I am a huge pessimistic but you get those very depressive episodes. But after leaving Nina Lola’s Studio, after such a long time, I actually felt a little like my old self. Nina Lola and Reece took their undivided time to ensure that my eyebrows were shaped perfectly and correctly. They were so understanding of my condition and did everything in their power to make my eyebrows perfect, and yes, they definitely succeeded!!
