Very poor service book a service for my car. At 7 o clock on Monday for Friday. Book the car in at 6:55. At 12:00 the reception come to me to tell me the technician will drain the oil now and it will take proximity 40 min. 5 hours later and they start only to drain the oil??? I think that is poor service.
