Palala Boutique Game Lodge & Spa

We were there relaxing and for a spa, but they decided to change our time without informing us, as we were trying to explain, we noticed that no one was receptive of our complaint instead the lady who came to tell us that our time is up was extremely rude because I had just gotten into a bath, after that we had to rush to our picnic when we got there, our picnic wasn’t prepared for so we had to wait. They then had to rush our picnic which is wasn’t under any shade, in addition, our food was full of flies, we had ask them to move us just after 15 min because the rain started pouring which was another drag. Despite all the inconveniences, the food was nice and the waiters were helpful, but the spa ? I will never forget I’m still hurt even now, because I was looking forward to taking my whole family next year but my experience was not the most pleasant .

Went there to celebrate our 10th year wedding anniversary,The place is exquisite ! The staff,The hospitality . The food is out of this world. Big ups to executive chef TG amazing food. Not to mention our host Emtee and Gabriel that made sure we were given personal attention. In fact the entire staff of Palala makes you feel at home. Definately coming back just to relax and enjoy the food, spa and the merlot bath.

I went to the place with my wife, daughter and both my parents. It was really a wonderful experience. Fun and elegant. From the game ride, the food like wow, the comfort and touch of nature.Rooms: 4/5

Palala Boutique Game Lodge and Spa is the best to be, there are lots of activities to do, they keep you busy for the rest of the day, you will never get bored, there is so much to do. The service rendered is top notch and out of the world... Enough talking, just go there and see for yourself, you won't regret it Rooms: 5/5

Went there in Dec 2020 Had a lovely experience with my wife. Everyday was an adventure. The food at the restaurant was AMAZING ! Well presented and very delicious. The waiters were so professional. Shout out to Jack. One constructive criticism though, the spit braai could use use some improvements. But overall great experience.
