I have ordered a pasta to be delivered by Mr Delivery. The food received was cold and the portion was very smaller than usual. The Manager confirmed that the pasta was normally 250g and is now 230g for the same price. I have conveyed my total dissatisfaction and discussed with the manager and are waiting on feedback. Never ever will I order from them again as they are suppose to inform clients that the portions are smaller as the weight of the food is not indicated on the menu and therefore the can decrease the size of the portions as they like.

Yesterday we visited this Panarottis for some prawn and seafood pasta and it was a whole disappointment. First our hot beverages came which I ordered a tea , it came in a very dirty cup, spoon and saucer I had to call the waiter to bring me a clean one. We waited for our food and it was awfully long and no communication from our waiter to why we waiting so long. We then decided no man this is not right and we got up and went to the front desk and told our waiter we leaving and explained our reasons. While paying for our beverages he then says Sorry he do understand we waited very long it’s just that the lady that works with the pasta’s decided not to come to work leaving the pizza lady to do the pastas and she is not too familiar and is struggling to cope. I am glad we left because the least he could’ve done is to communicate in the very beginning and tell us why. Was so disappointed no seafood or prawn pasta for us seem like we were suppose to order a pizza.

I have been asked countless times to review this restaurant by Simoné the manager. I used to frequent here a lot before covid hit, it was my spot to conduct business, meet with acquaintance basically it was my small haven. I love the food, everything I have order was made fresh, has exquisite taste and consistent flavour. You would never visit this restaurant on the 7th or 21st and find a different flavour on the meal you've last ordered. The staff is amazing at what they do, they bend backwards for customers especially Simoné and Emma as they usually take my order when I visit. And yes there might be delays when the restaurant is full however the food is worth the wait. I'm still saying this Panarottis makes the Best pizzas compared to it's counterparts and that is a formidable fact. Why I gave you 4 stars instead of 5, is because I'm complaining about the portion size and price of your fries.

There was class pieces in my food and the manager didnt have the decency to come to my table he rather sent one of the chefs to my table that was so unprofessional I know he is the manager because he did hand over for the manager that came in the afternoon 30 june 2023

The last 3 times I visited this place was very disappointing. Tables was sticky. Orders was taken incorrectly. The Cooler was just flavored water. Very disappointing as this is my kids' favorite place to eat. I urge the Owner of this establishment to immediately step in, because this place will lose lots of customers. Kid-friendliness: My kids love the Pizza and the playground.

As it was Youth Day 16 June they had students in their school uniforms as waiters. It was cool. Food was good.service was good.

I had the worse experience at panarottis zevenwatch mall. The waiter that served me is a big female in size. Coloured accent. She was the worse waitress. She took so long with our order. She didn't keep us updated what was happening. We asked her to bring our drinks first She didn't do. She was no where to be found always missing and she took about 30 mins with our ice cream order. Not to mention she couldn't even give us our kids lucky packets. She didn't check in on us she was just horrible. She had an attitude when we told her we were not giving her a tip. I will not go to this panarottis ever again. Worst experience. The Manger I tried calling but she was too busy to attend to us. This was on Tuesday afternoon. Not impressed. Management needs to do something about this waitress. She is giving your the restaurant a bad name zero stars thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kid-friendliness: It was excellent playarea is clean
