Here at Perfect Health (Gym) we offer our clients a large variety of facilities to cater for all your fitness and wellness needs. If you want to change your lifestyle or improve it then we are your destination for the new you. We want all our members to have memorable experiences with us and we pride ourselves on our service delivery.

We have highly qualified staff to assist you in determining your training needs and tailoring training programs to suit those needs. We also offer express classes, high intensity but short workouts that are instructor lead and Group Training classes for that motivation, guidance and social interaction.

I like this gym. It's not too big, the people are friendly, and it's never really over crowded. I love the private ladies section where women can strength train and have a space all to themselves. Definitely the selling factor of this gym for me. But there is also ample studio space and a functional training floor where you can workout. Really all in all a good gym for a good student price
The contract is a snare. Be careful. Even if you sign-up for 6 months they'll continue debiting your bank account after the membership period! You have to personally go and cancel your contract or in writing before they will stop!
Really amazing place to get yourself in shape. The staff is approachable and friendly and they offer really good specials. they have all the equipment you need to get your body to the way you want it. They also offer crossfit classes, spin classes and more.
Has most amenities required by a gym. Clean but oldish equipment. Good CrossFit box as part of the gym which is is a great added bonus. Some classes also offered.
Nice gym. Not crouded at peak times. Has all the necessities. They need to fix the water problems with the showers though and the air conditioning.

Great gym at great price. It has all the basic weights and machines, a circuit, free training area, special woman's section, childcare, outdoor training and outdoor swimming pool.
But please send out sms or emails early when you know your water is off. A sweaty body and back to work after a lunch time session is not nice.
Very well rounded gym. Made me feel comfortable even though I am not quite athletic.
Decent gym with the equipment you need. Peek time is a slight hassle, apart from that, decent gym at competitive prices
