I do not recommend them at all. They do not care for their customers. I requested a gym membership cancellation because I stopped working part-time where I had been working and I called PH gym to get through with the cancellation and they said they will send me the quotation and it’s the remaining fees I’m still to pay plus cancellation fee. I then waited for a long period before receiving one and then I requested for their banking details so I could pay it off whilst I still had some cash that I had saved up to pay them. They did not respond to my request and so I waited and kept emailing them almost everyday asking for banking details and they kept quiet on purpose because after months and months have passed they hit me with an sms claiming I have to pay an amount that’s almost R3000 imagine! And this was not even my fault because I did my part and followed up but they are probably scammers because if they were real they would have followed up on a customer and help them process the cancellation on time before they decide to chill knowing the fees are increasing on their end. And only yesterday I got a call from one of their employees telling me to pay up or they will hand me over. And I showed her proof of emails and the sms they sent me in September. But still their bosses response was that he will send me a new even more increased quotation that I must pay. Meaning I will probably be buying the whole gym now basically because they are milking me up and I do not wish to join any gym again ever especially perfect health, I will not ever push anyone to sign up with them. I am a student and I do not even work and I am still asking myself if what they are doing makes any sense in their right minds.

I have been calling for a couple of days. Came through eventually just to email someone called Andre to assist with an urgent cancellation. I have had no response from him and we are in the process of retrenchment so we need to cancel our membership urgently. While being a member there, every day 60% of the machines will be ''out of order'' - what do they use the maintenance fee for?? So this has been everything but a pleasant experience and I will not recommend this gym to anyone.....

Staff and cleaners are absolutely inconsiderate...noisy with conversations and shouting one to the other!! Cleaners are hanging around faking the job. The manager on duty was useless ..not even interested in listen to my complaint. DOESN'T even come to the front desk after she admitted to be the manager on duty. MEMBERS are paying to train in a professional and clean environment..

Staff are friendly. Enjoy attending the various classes. However, the music is terrible!!!

We’ve been through what others have been. Paid membership for non gymming as their machines are more out of order than working. Tried cancelling with Andre being arrogant and the owner in denial not accepting the fact that we have to pay for nothing. Had the audacity to try and debit our bank accounts again with new reference numbers after being blocked on the previous reference numbers.

THE WORST MUSIC EVER!!! , imagine trying to hit a PR and you hear Whitney Houston or Praise and worship songs , I think I should bring my own speaker with while training. #changethemusic

Clean facilities. Very friendly staff. Gym-goers help each other out. Equipment in good condition.

Perfect health has debited levy fee as well as normal debit order from me which amounted to R860 which is not the problem. The problem is that ive contacted them and each and every time they had a system issue or some other issue and promised to call back, i eventually had to call back thrice and still i await a call from perfect to sort this out, this is grossly unprofessional.

After not receiving a call after 24 hours a nice lady just assisted me with my membership. She is truly an asset to the company and I truly appreciate her assistance. Gillain - What a turn around from 1 star to 5 starts. She needs a raise Hint Perfect Health

A compact, no frills gym. The staff including the cleaning and office staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. I did experience some glitches with communcations and billing, but they were promptly solved when I brought the matter to the attention of staff. A good gym if you're looking for a place with all the basics equipment, cycling studio, group classes, hygienic bathrooms etc. and without costly extras.
