I did a drop-in Fitstrong session today with the 7am crew. On arrival the trainer introduced himself and some of the other members to me. Guillaume explained the WOD, demoed the movements and keeping to time. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone thinking of joining or wanting to do a drop in class. See you guys next time I’m in SA!
Me and my wife rent the boxing studio for out martial arts club. They have pwrsonal training where you only pay for the personal trainer and not the venue.
