Eight weeks done and dusted. What an experience it was to train at Foreverstrong. The vibe in the studio was great. At first it was going to be six weeks and then it was changed to the eight-week challenge! It was a well-balanced meal plan as it contained a variety of foods including carbohydrates and proteins. Early morning training was effective as it was the perfect start to my day. It was encouraging to experience the hands-on support of coaches during the sessions. As a first-year student I found that the training sessions helped me to focus during my studying. I found that it really does not get easier, but you only get better!
ForeverStrong markets themselves as a Transformation Studio for a reason! I can honestly say that my mind and body have been successfully transformed from participating in their 6-Week Challenge. I would recommend this journey to anyone looking to make a positive lifestyle change. I am grateful to the coaches and staff at ForeverStrong for teaching me the lessons of self-discipline and determination. I’m a much happier, healthier version of myself now that they’ve helped me achieve my first fitness goal. I know that my fitness journey has just started, and I don’t have a single regret about starting that journey with the amazing support of ForeverStrong. 11/10 would recommend!
This was my 5th , 6-week challenge at Forever strong over the past 4 years and have been over the moon happy with my results and the goals I have met at the end of each of the challenges. The combination of structure, guidance, support, and fun the Forever strong team provide makes it easy for you to reach your goals. What made it great was that I could do the challenge with my husband, it was an hour at the start of each day that we could work out together before our workday began. We are vegan and the challenge also gave us a great eating plan with loads of vegan substitute options making it easy for us to structure our meals. We would highly recommend joining Forever Strong!!
So far the experience was great. Waldo took me briefly through the process and what I may expect for the next 6 weeks. Let's do this. Will update weekly or after each session. 2 weeks have past. Great exercise family. Instructors push you to the limits. Liking it.
I have just completed two back-to-back 6-week challenges at Forever Strong Durbel and the experience has exceeded my own expectations and goals. My biggest excuse use to be that I just did not have time in between work and being a mom. The challenge allowed me to see how possible it is to fit training and healthy eating into my schedule. I have not only lost 12kg and a total of 12% body fat, but I also learned how to manage and control my emotional eating. I got to check in regularly with a coach and was able to get my questions answered during the process allowing me to learn more about some of the changes I was able make to my diet and lifestyle. I enjoy the training sessions; every day is something different keeping your body guessing. There has been a wonderful sense of support and community between fellow members. I am looking forward to maintaining my results with the support of the Forever Strong family.
The 6-week transformation challenge is one of the highlights of my fitness journey and year as a whole. The physical transformation was accompanied by a shift in my attitude and perspective about physical well-being and nutrition. The meal plan ensured that I was eating the correct quantities of the most essential foods and the balanced workouts ensured that I worked every muscle group on a daily basis. The combination of these two led to incredible results. The Forever Strong team made the studio such an uplifting environment and I always looked forward to my evening workouts. I am so grateful for the experience and the opportunity to push my physical limits, connect with new people and develop healthier habits. So, this was my second time doing the 6 weeks challenge, and it was quite a different experience. A lot has changed in the challenge since I did it in 2020 and I must say that the changes were experienced as positive. The staff remains friendly and helpful. If you need a kick start in regular exercise and healthy eating, I highly recommend the challenge. With the guidance and help of Forever Strong, I managed to lose over 5% body fat in 6 weeks during both challenges and feel equipped this time around to continue my journey. I highly recommend their six weeks challenges; it has worked for me not once but twice .
Wow! What a journey. The past 6 weeks has been such a challenge but so much fun! I was so excited to go to the classes every day and I found myself having more energy throughout the day as the weeks passed. The trainers really help you to push yourself to achieve your goals and each week you could see how much stronger you’ve become. It takes a lot of self-discipline and hard work, but the at the end it is 100% worth it. I am now ready to continue with the healthy habits and lifestyle that these 6 weeks have helped me start.
I can highly recommend the Forever strong 6 week challenge as a weight loss or healthy lifestyle kick start strategy. The 6 week challenge motivates you to get into a healthy diet and exercise routine. A sustainable routine which one wants to continue once the challenge is completed. The coaches are very inspiring and helpful in training sessions and always willing to assist and give advice. Pushing your own limits in group challenges allow you to grow mentally. The financial deposit is definitely a good motivator to reach one’s goal. The exercise is well designed to balance between cardio, muscle training and endurance. This challenge is definitely not just for people who want to lose weight but also gain muscles and overall make a change in the lifestyle – diet vs exercise routines.
Forever Strong was the perfect opportunity to help me get fit and lose some stubborn weight. At the start of the challenge my wife and I were told that there are three main components to the Forever Strong 6 week challenge: 1 Accountability, 2 Correct eating, 3Training. We were encouraged to trust the process and keep going. And that's what we did! One day at a time we kept moving in the right direction. We were able to achieve our goals and surpass our expectations. The coaches were also very involved and created an atmosphere for us to excel! Whenever we had a question or needed to adjust an exercise they were always there ready to help. Being able to see people who know your name and keep on motivating you made a big difference. If you considering taking the jump - do it! It is so worth it!
