If Only this was true in my case a few years ago. Very disappointed with the repairs they did that have totally failed and they never came to make good when I called them, nor did the Sunningdale shop help in the matter and told me I need to talk to the repair center and it wasn't their problem. . If I could give A more negative rating to the repair service I would. I still use the Sunningdale branch for water testing and chemicals, Not sure if they have changed ownership but it isnt the same faces I dealt with Initially and the new faces simply don't seem to care about it. I have had to remove the paving around the wear which started cracking and collapsing because of leaks.
I have been maintaining my pool for over 20 years myself including changing pump 3 times. This time around I could not get the pump to prime. After trying at least 20 times I gave up and called Perfect Pools. On arrival I was asked if they could make use of my hose pipe and promptly started the pump and put water on the outside of the pump. To my amazement the pump primed . There was a crack in the pump lid. No charge. I bought new pump lid from them and will continue to make use of there services. Th staff at the shop were also amazing.
We could not find the right aimflow ball and nut. We explained what we required and even though we mentioned that the part they were advising us to buy did not look right, it was repeatedly said it is the correct piece. We asked if it doesn't work if we could return it. As we thought, it did not fit. What a performance to return and get a credit. They tried to sell us something else instead. This incorrect piece is also 30% more expensive here. Thankfully we found The Pool Team in Milnerton close to Stodels, what a pleasure to deal with. This sales person listened, by listening he could solve our problem. We have found our pool shop. Nothing too big or small for them and staff are passionate about assisting and pools
DO NOT USE THEM! I asked for a check of my pool pump that was leaking. Guy arrived, looked at the pump, no alternative to fix or anything said he will quote on a new pump. Bang 3 1/2 Minutes, R550 charge, ZERO Value add. So paid them, and GOOD Riddance! Seriously DONT use their service!
good service ,only thing that is confusing is the price that is charged for a bag of sand and what you get credit is two differed stories
Perfect Pools has helped me keep my pool water sparkly and clean. The free water testing any time is a very handy service.
Been a client for five years and enjoyed acceptable service - which can definitely be better. In this period there has been a high turnover of employees which is increasing the security risk as I don’t know what security vetting is done on these individuals which is sometimes home alone with my wife or maid only. Promises aren’t always kept and excuses abounds…like my crawly that was taken a week ago and not returned on the day as agreed. I am still waiting…Guess what will happen if I don’t pay on time!!? Hopefully the services we paid for will be better in 2022.
Excellent service in person and on site calls. Good prices, very knowledgeable. My only gripe is I can’t call the shop directly and their central service often doesn’t pick up, which means I have to drive to the shop just to ask a question
