My all-time favourite store. The ultimate friendly store. Staff is more than just Pick 'n Pay staffers. They're family and they embrace you, not as a customer, but as family. They remember your kids from when they were little babies and are just so awesome. This store deserves 10 Management is friendly and helpful, store is always clean and customer friendly and stock is always available

This is the absolute KING of all supermarkets. An absolutely awesome store to shop at. This store has the most incredible range of products. From flowers, baked treats, stationary, clothes, appliances, outdoor furniture, to groceries at competitive prices. Put on your sneakers when visiting this store, as there are plenty of isles to walk through, and lots to chose from. The store has a very good layout, and one can shop fairly easily if they are in a hurry. I loved the range of fresh flowers. The fresh produce section is filled with beautiful fruit and vegetables... Excellent quality Indian veggies. The entire store is spotlessly clean. One can also find lots of seafood here, at reasonable prices. I would HIGHLY recommend this store for an Amazing shopping experience. I doubt there is any item one would not find here.

I like shopping here. Plenty of free parking. Easy access from multiple directions and it's a one stop shop with a good atmosphere. The shop is spacious, well organised, clean and tidy. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are useful other vendors eg a barbershop, hair salon, some places to grab a quick bite. My only gripe is that they can be a bit pricey PicknPay, so be savvy about what you buy.

Large, clean and exceptional good service from the staff Extensive variety. Ideally located just off the highway Ample parking space There are a Wimpy located on the premises, while you are shopping to your hearts content, your partner can enjoy a lovely coffee or something to eat if he or she is not a shopper. If shopping here for the 1st time, ensure to bring enough and enough ⌚ ⏱ ⏳ as you will need it both..

Store is clean, customer service lacking. They need to update their pos systems so that the correct prices and discounts are applied and reflected for the product on the display before payment made, only once you get the receipt then only you notice being incorrectly charged and you have to make your way all the way down to returns and wait for a supervisor who takes forever to assist. Waste of my time.

Everything you would need from a supermarket. Stock was down on particularly specific stock, but when asked, the staff assured me that those items were currently very sought after due to loadshedding causing power surges in homes and businesses. I was assured that said items will be restocked. Myself and other customers were not fans of the bakery salesman, as she had been allowed to ring a very loud and high-pitched bell to attract customers to the bakery's freshly baked hot-crossbuns. Besides the earache from the bell, I would recommend this establishment to shoppers looking for a wide range of goods

The Hypermarket to rival all hyper markets… you’re unlikely not to find what you’re looking for at this massive PnP store. There’s a wide variety of stock, staff members are knowledgeable and friendly and, there’s so much going on at this venue besides just being a supermarket. There are doctor’s rooms, specialty stores, coffee shops, a post office, and a car wash. This venue represents everything that is value-for-money. They even have parking for 4x4 vehicles and SUV’s A great shopping experience!

This store does not respect the rights of customers. They exploit us into paying more for a product that has a less price tag on it then say that they don’t enforce customer rights. I’m never shopping at this store ever again. They wanted me to pay for this item at the price of R139.99 and I refused, they never let me get it for the price that was displayed

Good place to get all your needs. Need time if you want to go threw all the isles. But big does not always meen better prices. Need to know them. All is clean and in place. 38 tills but only couple have people hitting the till. Good shop if you stay near by

A gOod 'Ol Pick and Pay Hyper - simply set out - small selection of auxiliary stores - I think I like the appliance offering of this particular store A solid pool section - decent pricing however not all that Cheap - seriously not prices to rave about - but convenient enough - I am not sure buyvit seems like the Milky lane Kiosk set up is a weekend operation A good size Builders Express is located just next door with a decent product holding However should you need some good clothing and great prices get your s*lf to fashion FACTORY Musgrave asap - Level 3
