Had an awesome birthday supper, service was good, the waiter excellent. Food ... THANK YOU ! Will recommend people drive the 20 min out of town and enjoy a great venue and food Safety: The entrance and exit well organized Food & drinks: AWESOME

Exceptional reception, wonderful rooms, and great customer care. From the entrance, the resort already provides much needed serenity. The reception team is very friendly and thoughtful. They offered assistance to make my stay a wonderful one. Considering the fact that we were a group of more than 100 guests attending a conference. They did well catering to all of us. The conference facilities were also well managed.

The rooms were great for our 1 night stay. I would suggest a bathroom revamp. The shower cubicle and toilet were in one. Very little space. No shelves No hooks in bathroom. The main bathroom had ample space with bathtub and basin. I would have preferred at least handheld shower or glass with proper shower in bath tub so the second big bathroom can be utilized properly

Ambience is nice,food is okay. A bit far from a lot of things though. The rooms are fairly okay, not sure if they are value for money though.Rooms: 4/5

Amazing set up , environment and views. Good to great staff. Average to poor food. Poor, tired, worn out rooms. Horrible to try to shower in some of the rooms. Stayed few times, not worth the price but ok to stay.

Only attended a conference here. Did not stay here. However, the staff was fantastic and very helpful. The food was great. Actually looked forward to the following day of the conference just to see what is for lunch.Service: 5/5

A bit underwhelming to be honest. I see a lot of potential, but it hasn't been executed well. The menu is very average and the variety is extremely limited. I waited 6 minutes for someone to come serve me. I had to go inside to ask for a waiter. The food was presented well, but did not taste good. I expected so much more.Service: 3/5

This was my 2nd stay, for a business trip. No WiFi or feedback to the occupants on the matter. Low water pressure in the rooms. Old technology, the TV had no signal, nor DSTV to watch. Never mind cable TV. Service is bad, when there’s a problem, people should be enthusiastic to assist, or try and get back to you, however it was different in my case, absolutely no sense of urgency from the reception/ receiving team. The amount charged per room does not meet a 4 star hotel standard/expectation at all. It’s not worth the money. The only thing I’ve enjoyed this far is the view and the quietness. Rooms: Basic. Not Morden.

The facilities are beautiful and clean... The room you gave us was too small, your Wi-Fi connection was very bad and the service was alright.Rooms: 1/5

Nice place! Not every one knows how to use the electronic key so it will be good to instructions on the card, also how to open and lock the door. The chair in the room was too low for the table, so it was not easy to work on table sitted on that chair
