No problems, except the security that took half an hour when I called for assistance. Like any other inn the Wi-fi very bad and air-conditioning not working when there's loàd sheddingRooms: 5/5
The bathroom was not clean and the shower door does not seal properly. During loadshedding the aircon and fan is switched off. Safety: It is safe there is security at the lodge.
There food is terrible, they are trying to save so much that their breakfast is very limited it also tastes bad. They dish up for you for buffet?? If one can't run a hotel please they should stop. PMB is So incompetent!! Only 1 Ham other road lodges offer at least 3 different types of ham Sausage other road lodges offer pork and beef Only boiled and scrambled Egg other road lodges offer boiled, scrambled, Sunnyside up and omelet There's only 1 orange juice. other road lodges offer 3; cranberry, apple & orange They use poor quality iron, kambrook and clicks brand which burns clothes because of the black stuff on the iron. I had expected the likes of Russell Hobbs and Phillips! worst they only have 1 iron per floor. When you ask for an iron they can barely give you one they can barely keep track of the last guest that had it. I'm truly annoyed. They will not even put an effort in addressing an issue. But I love the lady by the name of Ntombi who did the best she could to try and clean the iron and still iron for me because I was fustrated. Big ups sis Ntombi you did not have to iron for me but you did it anyway
Very much of an economy space. Rooms are good for a passersby or someone looking for bed and nothing more.Rooms: 3/5
Wonderful place to rest, rooms clean, linen nice and crispy Just to note that it was comrades weekend and many visitors. Front desk staff need to know and promote tourism as some had minor children and wanted to know what happens in pmbRooms: 4/5

The check-in process took more than 2 hours. I was booked in a smoking room and we had to wait for another two hours to get our dinner, then we were told the kitchen had closed. I never want to be booked in that accommodation ever again
Ive stayed at the road lodges for eight years and now all of a sudden I cannot make a booking after 4pm. We always could have. Now I have to travel all the way there and hope there is a room available. Not accomodating clients.
