Had a enjoyable meal with my usual 1l beer jug that only the old regulars of rocomamas knows best . Although my turbo charge fries came out out cold and without chillies the first time, the manager with haste corrected this and tasted perfect and the mix bombs was just delicious. Takeaway burger came without carmilised onions which I did order with burger but thanks to the manager any mishaps was quickly fixed. All in all can never go wrong with rocomamas as the food is always delicious and beer even beter.

I used to think the Okavango branch was the pits - well there is a new worse branch - Palm Grove. Service is beyond slow, with less than 5 customers there. Burgers eventually received - ice cold and hard. With steaming hot oily chips. How can you eat like this? Cherry on top has to be when the cleaner who just finish mop up and clean the ladies toilet then starts helping around the food on chefs counter with her wild prosthetic hair garnishing all the sit-in and takeaway food. Even the lady who made the coffee had hair long flowing mane all over the cups. There is a reason why the people over the grill wear hair nets and caps. Well done! Never again..

It's a pretty good branch of the restaurant chain with sharp and friendly service. They have clean and neat toilets on site and it's a pity that the restaurant is a bit smaller than some bigger branches, given that it delivers good value for money. On hot days, they have excellent air conditioning and there is also outside seating available.

We called and were told breakfast special was R40.00, with coffee included. As per advertised by the Willowbridge branch Then we were charged for our coffees and they would not take it off the bill, explaining that the new manager made a mistake telling us that, as she used to work at the Willowbridge branch. Waitress not very friendly at all, Manager on duty refused to attend to our issue and it left a bitter taste! Must admit. An apology would have been nice! Kid-friendliness: Not at all.... waitress was in fact not kid friendly at all

The service was great and the food was freaking fabulous! Did someone say cheesy fries? Yes please! Worried about the vegetarian in your party? No stress, they offer a vegetarian burger patty for all their burgers. Definitely a winner, a must visit and repeat!

My experience was leaving much to be desired. Firstly, could someone guide us to a table and not just say “sit anywhere” if that’s the case as a bare minimum show us the available tables! We went to a table that was not clean but it suited myself and my partner. We ordered and customers who arrived after us had their orders taken already and we were still waiting. Honestly, the store was not that full. The real issue was they brought my food and my partner sat there for about 5 minutes before his arrived. Any establishment knows food for a table needs to get sent out together its courtesy. This place will not be seeing me again.

Out of all the others, this one is the best! I am a huge mexican food fan but their nachos is so awesome. No other RocoMamas can top their nachos. The service is always great and beers nice and cold.

Great food, great staff what more can i say. I visit every Sunday and the only complaint i could possibly have is the tap is horrible for washing my hands after eating a monstrous burger filled with everything my heart desires.
