Ronelda Van Staden Attorneys were established in June 2011 by Ronelda Van Staden who is the sole director/partner/member of this practice.
Ronelda has attained both B.Proc and LLB degrees from the University of the Free State.
Ronelda served as a Commissioner at the CCMA where she gained valuable experience in all processes, including Arbitration and Conciliation Matters of Mutual Interest Disputes. She has extensive experience in training both CCMA staff, shop stewards from various unions as well as managers and employees from corporate businesses such as Telkom, Murray & Roberts, Makro, Concor, Esorfranki and various other enterprises.
She is an accredited Facilitator and Assessor with the Services SETA and also served as an Employer’s Organisation Official where she acted on behalf of Companies such as Tolkon Lehumo, Bombela Operating Company, Murray and Roberts to name but a few and has had a 100% success rate thus far.
We have added a new division that deals with Strategic Management, Human Resources and Policy development. Furthermore we provide employer-employee relations training and relationship building.
