Maodi Attorneys was founded in 2010.We realized the complete lacuna in respect of a Law Firm with Attorneys who are experts in the field of debt collection with specific reference to the National Credit Act.Maodi Attorneys provides a professional collection service to our clients.We are at present a 100% Black Owned Company and envisage to become a Black Woman-Empowered Enterprise. This would be in line with the Legal Profession Charter.We are not only ready but also able to render the services as stated in our Mission statement.
Maodi Attorneys focuses on providing professional, cost effective and expert collection services. Our collection methods include:Taking collection decisions primarily based on instructions from our clients;but also taking into consideration the payment profiles, collection history,credit bureau scores and traceability of the debtors.We have an effective collections strategy, which includes telephonic contact and appropriate legal action, when necessary.Providing in depth product training to our collection staff.Implementing an effective tracing strategy of debtors.Monitoring each and every collectors performance with well defined guidelines with which our staff is well acquainted.Maodi Attorneys has the capacity, infrastructure and skills necessary to manage collections and our clients can be assured of superior collection results.We ensure accurate, timeously and transparent reporting.We aim to establish ourselves as THE leading collection agent on default payment accounts taking into account our expert knowledge of debt collecting.
