As you are ignoring my correspondence please advise how much longer you will be 'working on the matter' regarding the interest due to me from funds deposited into your trust account? This has been an ongoing matter for more than three months now..

Do not use this firm. I had a dealing with particularly Mike Schaefer, which I think is a director. Fees were not explained even though I requested those upfront. He did not explained his rates per hour. His customer service sucks and has a bad temper and exchanging emails instead of getting to the solution. Do not use the firm. U will regret it. Response to your replies below : I would like to place in on records the facts : 1. You are suddenly recognized me as the client while you have never done so, u made it clear that u were instructed to act as the corresponce and u were paid by them, my Attorneys in Pretoria. This puzzles me because the Attorneys in Pretoria were taking instructions from me, I have always been the client. Always been one, u assumed attorneys in Pretoria were your clients because they were white? 2. I was asked if I would like to keep the file or instruct new law firm and was also asked if my matter could be finalized by your firm since the matter is in Kempton Park and u would provide me fees related thereof. This was not done even prior to u reviewing files for an hour. U seems to think that u are dealing with stupid black person who does not know what they are talking about. 3. Well u reviewed the files, as u started, did you inform me prior to receiving or reviewing a file that your fees are 3500 an hour? No u didn't, did you inform me before meeting with you that your fees are 3500 for consultation, no. Which by the way consultion was 40 minutes but charged an hour. 4. I made is clear on our first meeting that I wanted to keep my advocate in Pretoria to represent me then u offered to do so because u had the same degree, telling me u are the same. Maybe I should have know from there who I was dealing with. , when you gave me the quote in writing is where I told I couldn't afford such. 5. Yes might have delayed in paying, u were paid in full last month including the fees for sheriff and summons which u never provided invoice for 713.00 NO INVOICE as usual just an email confirmation. 6. U confirmed that I could fetch my files once these were paid, on Friday after seeing my review, which shows your temper and got upset that I did a review u told me I was not permitted to come and fetch my file and u won't deliver it. Seeing the review on Google made you so upset that u are refusing me to fetch the file I must instruct an attorney to do that. U are such a bully, feel sorry for your future clients. I am not surprised. Mike I paid you but still told me u regret helping me. Just imagine. 7. The exchange of emails where u told me that u would inform my future attorneys of my behavior, The review got you so upset as usual and expected from you I was no longer allowed to take my file. KEEP THE FILE IF U WISH SO, MAYBE U MIGHT MAKE MORE MONEY FROM KEEPING It. 8. This is my experience with your law firm, I'm entitled to rate the service, if u don't like my review maybe that will teach you handle disagreement better in future with your clients. 9. If u knew u don't want black clients in your firm why take my instructions and my money, u are in to drain clients financially. 10. Yes, clients may use your services but at least my experience with your firm was a nightmare which I think u are the director, maybe family business, running your own show no partners hence your behavior or temper in dealing with clients. 11. U say nothing about your behavior on the issues of the case, this could have been avoided if u had been transparent about the fees from the beginning. Did have any discussion or even in writing before you charged over 3000 for reviewing the files, for an hour. 12. U are here claiming to send the breakdown of the fees prior to consulting. U are such a liar. 11. U are upset because u are exposed, at least clients must know how u do business before they instruct you. I could care less about going to your office, u are selfish thinking about yourself u don't want me take my file don't want to send a driver because I wrote a review. The reviews stays deal with that. Such a bully!
