Grow up man! I wasn’t going to upload any Review because my husband asked me not to do it. Like he asked me not to pay you a single $. FYI I was going to give you the damn money from the first moment bcz R280 means nothing to me. If there was or not a misunderstanding with the reservation we could have spoke like normal and decent people but you did not! So Yeah He asked me not to talk to you and also to wait in the car so I would not have to listen to you. He was the first who did not want to pay you for your attitude and the bad treatment we received from you! And one more thing, if you write us again or call my husband, we will report you. Here is the review you so much wanted. now you can tell how rude I am ‘Narcissistic owner. It's not worth spending your money in that place.’ the owner is very rude and disrespectful. From the minute we entered in that place the man treated us with contempt, he even came to shout at us when we showed discontent with the room. breakfast is quite poor and you have to sit at the table they have assigned to the room, even if the place is empty. The room is described as Deluxe Suite but it is actually a hole. It has no AC. no fridge, not even a small one where you could cool a bottle of water, we had to buy ice and cool the water in the sink. The bathroom is so small that only one person enters and badly. The last day at breakfast we argue with that man because, apparently there was a misunderstanding with the reservation but as that man does not know how to speak normal with people, we argue very badly and he even came to hold my shoulder and order me to shut up. really horrible!
The place is serene but close to everything in Sandton. The owner and staffs were very helpful and went above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast is truly amazing.
Lovely spacious rooms, relaxed and tranquil setting. Does require a larger new TV and definitely an airconditioner unit in the room.
This is the best way to stay in South Africa. The host and the staff are brilliant. The pricing is by far the best. Highly recommended to ALL
