Sentinel Executive Apartment Hotel

Was not impressed with the kitchen and chef. The chicken drumsticks were off during lunch time. There was not enough food for everyone, especially when people arrived late for supper, but within the allocated times. The next day was a nightmare. Breakfast was not prepared because the Hotel did not pay their kitchen staff, so the guests had to wait for breakfast, some couldn't eat breakfast because they had to rush to a meeting. The hotel didn't cater for people with diabetes at breakfast. Otherwise my stay was ok, but i'll think twice about visiting the hotel again. Thank you

We checked in. Asked to pay via cash. Then received an email to ask that we pay via EFT. We confirmed and when we wanted to do the EFT. We where told by a very rude and loud receptionist that we must pay cash. I was told that i could not pay with my card either. So we had to ask family to bring cash. 8AM, we where asked to pay cash immediately, and was Harrassed by police from sunnyside. They created confusion. And went so far as to tell us its because we are white. Ive got everything on recording.

I am so disappointed in them, someone once warned me about sentinel not refunding people now i'm having issues regarding my refund. I WANT MY MONEY.

They will not refund you the costs of remote control for parking and pedestrian door. Quite dishonest bunch I am afraid to say so
