Had the most amazing waiter serve me on my birthday 26th June on Monday. The service was amazing. Thank you so much Itumeleng you made my birthday extra special. Loved your friendliness and ubuntu. Kid-friendliness: The kids are free to be themselves, they well looked after. The staff is very patient with the kids. Absolutely love it.

Throughly disappointed at the quality of food I received tonight. I ordered a take away and when I got home, I was shattered to find that my chips and onion rings were so overcooked… it’s like they were cooked and left in the oil for a few hours and only taken out when they needed to be served . My steak was nicely made but I would have preferred if the wings were in their own container instead of placing them directly on the steak.
Very much disappointed with the order I received from this restaurant. Food was cold, ribs burnt, chips were dry and some tasted rotten and onion rings were dry and very dark brown, thus it seems the food was since prepared in the afternoon but was reserved for late orders in the evening nxa!!! Will never order again from this restaurant Food ordered from your restaurant has ever been not welcoming
Friendly service when entering the door right through to paying the bill. Food is a bit pricy for the size of the serving, but the taste was great. Great security at the kids play area and lots for them to do.Food: 3/5
Served by smiley happy people. Great value for money. We didn't have to wait long for our order. The safety measures for children is remarkable. Couldn't fault a thing.Food: 5/5
Not even worth 1 star. As STATED on the menu, CRISPY bacon and avo salad. Bacon was still medium, and served to my pregnant wife. The photo of the side veg was shown with feta, as creamed spinach should be. Was not like that at all. And then the worst part. Send your waiters for re training or additional training. Asking me if I want my PORK ribs medium or well done? Then placed the order. My wife's meal was DONE when I recieved mine. And get this..... WITHOUT chips or onion rings. And when it came back, it was ice cold. I've been in the business so I know what I am talking about. Serve ALL food...... TOGETHER. Will never go back. Ever. Stick to your strengths, Buffalo wings OUTSTANDING. Service Quality Delivery. Definitely red flags.
Still our favourite new Spur in the new FreeState... It's a bit of a drive but the girls luv it.. My youngest is super happy.. Mac and cheese is back on the kiddies menu!!!
Beautiful food, just the sauce was a bit too much, atmosphere was better than expected, just the birthday music were a bit too much. Waiter was just okay. I would definitely go back again .Food: 3/5
Always been a Spur restaurant fan. Food is always good. Service is great. Theres enough to keep kids busy. Best burgers in town. Prices... well.. avarage and above avarage. Steak, ribs and double burger prices too high in my opinion, but you feel better after tasting it. Always some specials on as well, so keep an eye out for them. Kid-friendliness: Game room and play area for kids
