I bought the Black Friday online special at Sportscene and WOW! Utterly disappointed!!! The Nike Airmax '97 sneaker I received looked terrible. Thread of the Nike emblems were loose, glue was showing all over, some stitching were skew and the stitched lines were also skew and not properly aligned... I honestly thought that I'd been sold a fake pair of sneakers. I was told that I could return it or swap it in store, which I did but I'm still not happy with the pair I swapped because even though it looked better, it's not the quality that I would have expected from a Nike sneaker or Sportscene. I don't know if Sportscene is selling fakes or Nike is just sending Sportscene their poor quality items... Never again, no matter how cheap it is!!!
Poor online shopping experience and zero customer service. I was unable to locate the "voucher code" on the TFG website with my last 2 online purchases so I was charged the full amount. After numerous emails and phone calls, I have been told that they cannot give me my money back as I have to enter the voucher code online. I have now discovered that they have hidden the voucher section behind the words "payment summary". The cursor doesn't even change when you hover over the words.. it is very deceptive. I would rather recommend online shopping at Woolworths, Superbalist and Zando. At least their websites are user friendly and they care about their customers.
Online shopping services are really poor they take a long time to deliver, when you are returning an item you'll get your money after emailing up to 3 different departments and 3 weeks to wait to get your money. my advice, run away, there are others like superbalist and zando you can buy from. Run away from them as fast as possible, don't even look back.
I have sent all my documents numerous times and also called head office numerous times. When I speak to a consultant they acknowledge receipts of said documents and they go on to inform me that the account is being processed. However, I keep receiving smses that state that I should send in more documents. I don't understand what more I should send. I have been going back and forth for over a month now and am becoming quite frustrated. I honestly would have expected such horrendous service from a lesser store but Foschini? If you are unwilling to approve my application the proper way would be to inform me instead of stringing me along like a yoyo and wasting my time and resources as I've had to travel back and forth to the store physically and also telephone you directly which costs money for me. Very unhappy customer, Miss L. Cox
Worst back-up customer service ever! Do take note that your very expensive jewellery only carries a 6-month warrantee. And if you hand it in to be checked out after a diamond dropped out, you'll have every excuse in the book for why this is your fault and not their poor craftsmanship. Phoning the head-office won't aid your plight. My advice: stay away.
I'm very disappointed by service received at Totalsports Ladybrand this morning 04/11/2019. Wanted to pay account waited till 09h05 to be told that they are not opening only 2 employees in shop not ready to receice customers. Not the first time, previuos excuses used at Markhamms 'We are busy with training" No use in phoning the 0860 number senior managers hiding behind a answering machine which is useless for a customer '
Customer service is unhelpful and i would strongly advise to never take any of their insurance policies because I suspect they do not exist... I took out a Legal and funeral cover but I have not received any documents when I call they keep transferring me to customer service.
