SUNSET MOUNTAIN is an exclusive, small caravan park situated at the foot of our mountain with 6 lovely shaded stands, of which each offers a private ablution facility, consisting of bath, hand-basin and toilet, electricity outlet, gas water heater, private braai stand and to add to the experience an exquisite open air shower.

We have an array of bird-life and the most breathtaking bush-veld sunsets.
Sunset Mountain is situated 8km East of Bela Bela and close to recreational activities, restaurants and other fun entertainment.

This is the most relaxing place. Bird life tremendous. Sunsets perfect picture. Johan is a great host. Neat and tidy. Bush shower an absolute wow?? Camp sites are well situated. An absolute must visit.

What a relaxing weekend. Johan and George go to a lot of effort to make sure guests are comfortable. For a small caravan park each site has its own ablution which is adequate for your needs and a lovely braai area which is cleaned daily. There is a small pool for those hot days. The sites are clearly marked and very clean. The bird life is a treat. It would be nice if there were a path up the mountain for a short hike. Be sure to pack all essentials as there is no shop available.
Small unusual campsite set on a farm just outside Bela Bela. Shady segmented sites with their own bathrooms and showers. Good shade but sites are sandy as a result. Communal boma area. Nice place to chill for a long weekend.
Lovely spot within easy reach of Bela-Bela. Perfectly maintained campsites are under trees, each with a comfortable private bathroom and shower. It was ideal for the weekend of the Bela-Bela Super Spar 4 in 1 race. Enjoyed the plunge pool and seeing Klipspringers and abundant birdlife. We were made very welcome.
Great tranquility. 6 stands in total on the property so its not over crowded , bathroom areas are small , bathing for the elderly is a bit impractical but there are showers - Thousands of flies
Absolutely amazing place! Extremely peaceful and great for a weekend away to relax! Beautiful scenery, neat and clean and a welcoming owner who manages the sites very well. Bathrooms are designed very well and uniquely done. We will definitely come here again!
This is the best place for a couple to get away and relax with only the sounds of nature around you. NO kids and NO music. My husband and I enjoyed the seclusion and alone time. The private bathrooms on each stand is a wonderful idea, not to mention the open air outside shower. This place will be seeing us more often. Thank you.
A quite peaceful retreat where you can recharge. Excelent facilities including private ablusion and very friendly helpfull personal. Great place to visit and strongly recommended.
