It's a great place to live in, if you want a feel at home place. The Bolton apartment is a upmarket building situated near the mall of Rosebank. Newly designed apartments with a sense of style. Mostly young families resides in this place,even though it's not 100% kid friendly, however they do have a cinema for family and kids entertainment. Two large laundry rooms with wash and dryer machines. Working space at the maintenance to accommodate tenants who wish to work at home , learners who wish to study, even just for a quick meeting to meet up with a client, should you be working from home on daily basis. The Bolton do their best to adhere to their tenants needs trough out their stay. Braai and swimming pool area, with a finger prince access. Security on duty 24 hours a day. Friendly staff , cleaners are on duty on daily basis, to keep the place clean and fresh. Adequate parking for tenants and visitors. The maintenance team always available on speed dial to assist with all your maintenance quire's during your stay . Clean apartments,well looked after and well serviced. Such a great Team of management with high standard of professionalism but yet welcoming.

Booked an apartment here whilst on holiday in Johannesburg and I was utterly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and the amount of cockroaches roaming around. I was offered an alternative apartment & still not impressed at the state of hygiene with a lot of cockroaches. There is a distinct unpleasant smell in the building as well. Would not recommend this place.

It's 01:51, a week day. Loud music from inconsiderate neighbour and arguing couple. Apartments feel & look like cheap cubic offices. "100% tenanted". What about your tenant retention rate?

Good security as well as look and feel. Cleanliness could be improved at times. Many drunken people make a mess on weekends at night. Not a good atmosphere.

We have listed our place as an AirBnb and the guests have been very very happy. Great building at a great location.

I had a great experience staying at the Bolton, I stayed here for a little over a year. My greatest commendation goes out to Celia and Ben. I'd also extend my appraisal to all the staff but at most I dealt with Celia and Ben, not once did I feel I needed to go out of my way when I had a maintenance query or anything relating to my stay, their professionalism and willingness to assist at any given time is highly noticeable, they have a humanly touch to how they deal with tenants and that's appreciated in a world where we are constantly being reduced to nothing but numbers. The proximity to all the amenities Rosebank has to offer makes The Bolton the best value for money compared to other residential complexes in and around the area. The building is clean, the apartments are well designed and the spaces available are well maintained. The Bolton is a beautiful well located residential complex, fair pricing and the staff do an outstanding job making you feel welcome and attending to all the queries you may have.

I have lived at the Bolton for 3 years now. it is a perfect place for a young professional it has superb Security and gives you peace of mind. Cecelia McClaren is an absolute star, I had an issue with my current apartment and she helped arrange another apartment for me with no extra charge or hassle. Ben has been there since I moved in. He is will go over and beyond to assist you and make sure you are comfortable, he is honestly a rare Gem and an absolute pleasure to deal with, these are just a few people that make the Bolton so unique.

The Bolton represent true City living, with Office connectivity Uncapped Fibre and Boardroom Services and Entertainment by the pool side and Cinema room. It's location is vibrant with shopping, food and public transport network., Gautrain just to name a few. The staff and service is amazing. Been here One and Half years and continue to enjoy the home away from home. Thanks to staff and your uncompromising service.
