Recently stayed here, I must say I loved it & location makes it even more perfect. Strikingly beautiful modern deco, the amenities as well as the security is just wonderful. The size of the rooms especially the shower is reasonable. However there was no air-conditioning or at least a heater, furthermore there were no extra blankets even after requesting to keep warm. I hope they will soon install air-conditioning or heaters or at the very least provide extra blankets. Nonetheless I will still recommend this place to friends and family. I am also keen on booking a stay again soon. Affordability is one of the reasons people should stay here and the views are somewhat relaxing with the access to your own balcony.
I checked in for 6 days for a holiday. The apartment was not according to my standard. Sheets are changed after 5 days, white sheets for that matter the apartment needed refurbishment curtains dirty cushion beds were stained, cleaners never show up on time, one time they came to clean the apartment at 17.00!! No aircon, ceiling fan as an option poor management no inspection of rooms, the iron was very old together with the ironing bedThe material was torn. It was a very stressful stay for me i will never book in those apartments ever
The location is excellent and safe. The major problem is the lack of privacy in the apartment. You can look into your neighbors apartments and vice-versa. The curtains need to be drawn for privacy, not pleasant in the heat as there are no aircons and the door needs to be open.
Great place to stay. Safe, secure and centrally located. Really enjoyed the the stay.
Enjoyed the stay overall. Nice apartment but a few things were a let down. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were given 1 roll of toilet paper to last us 3 nights. No aircons, not even a fan! Big disappointment! Opening windows is not an option because of the noise from the road. So that was so hectic. On request an iron was brought up to us but no ironing board was sent with it. Are we suppose to use the table maybe? The staff were nice but the owners could definately do better. We ended up buying our own cleaning materials because there was no toilet cleaner too. Oh toilet seat is far too high! You sit with your feet in the air. Wow. Not sure if this is not made for average people, I'm definatley not short and my sister is taller, she too had a problem. Please do something, these are little things that you can improve on.
Well managed apartments with friendly front desk staff. The views of the sunset are beautiful.
This hotel is not child safe, the balcony and windows do not lock and you cannot have food delivered to your door, I have to go ten stories down to collect Mr D, even without children, that's crazy.
Our room took my breath away even before arriving. This place looks exactly like the pictures. Its absolutely stunning and basically home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed the Wifi and Netflix. Rosebank mall is literally a 2 minute walk away. The aesthetics are absolutely beautiful. I would change nothing about it, and my family and I will be visiting here more often. Thank you for you amazing service !
My fiance and I have been living here for just more than a week and we are currently loving it. Location is ideal, I no longer have to drive to work or to the shops. Building is very secure with 24 hour access controlled security. We look forward to have many more happy years at The Tyrwhitt.
Love it, very clean. Right next to the mall. Its really like a home away from home. Washing machine and dishwasher. The cupboards had everything I needed to cook. Great place
