It’s not just a studio it’s the most awesome place in Ballito to practice Yoga and Work out. A place that draws like minded people who love and are passionate about Yoga. Lauren and Megan are amazing Instructors. The Hot Yoga classes are addictive. No worries with this Addiction it’s the best kind!

The massage treatments are very professional, untraditional she does not stick to a set program, focused and purposefully excellent. I have been fortunate to travel the world on leasure and for sporting events. And has received a variety of massage treatments, but Lauren's massage treatments 60/90mins is my new benchmark. Her deep understanding of the connectivity of each muscle and the tension it holds and how to/where to focus, has been refreshing and well worth going back regularly. With her Yoga background she offers freely advise on how to maintain the released muscles and how to strengthen them. I highly recommend Lauren!

Beautiful studio with amazing views and great change rooms. Lauren is a very attentive and experienced instructor, her classes are really good. Sculpt with Jade made me sweat and stiff for 2 days! I look forward to many more sessions at this studio.

An truly incredible experience. The studio is a sanctuary; it’s an ideal escape from the day to day bustle of Ballito! Lauren has very calming and gentle presence about her and about the way she conveys her knowledge and expertise of her practice. A beautiful sanctuary in the heart of Ballito. Finally a HOT yoga studio on the north coast! Run by the talented and attentive Lauren who applies small corrections to your posture when necessary. Change rooms and showers are clean and private. Lauren is also an incredible sports masseuse. I highly recommend The Yoga Studio Ballito!

A talented lady who is very good at what she does! Passionate & bubbly too! The Yoga Studio is an awesome space with beautiful views from the large windows of the studio. It includes showers in the changeroom & Lauren also has a treatment room for massage. Highly recommended.
