Quite a good experience, unfortunately website was down for whatever reason and had to pay R600 for uploading my document which I could have done on my own. Was told visa will be out in 3 weeks but its way after 3 weeks no feedback whatsoever.
Have applied for a visa almost 3 weeks still didn't get any feedback. I chose courier for delivery not even heard from.The lady at prenium longue was very helpful and it was quick, sad part is that I have no clue regarding my visa application not even an sms sent yet but the amount is included on my receipt for payment.
Fantastic service. I was a bit annoyed with the online process, as I was unable to book an appointment. However, the call centre person that helped me was friendly and efficient. Everything went smooth with our appointment. Staff was very friendly and professional, and we were in and out faster than expected.
I helped my mom prepare for her appointment using your list of requirements. When she got there she had to produce a proof of address which wasn't listed as one of your requirements. She wasn't the only one who had to jump through this additional hoop. She was also informed that the invitation letter has to have yjr exact date of the flight and not a time frame. Update your requirements list. These traveller's aren't monkeys performing in your circus
I paid for a prime time appointment at 15h30 on Friday 17 February. Staff were helpful and friendly. There were only 3 other people in the waiting area with me. Process is very quick and easy, in and out in 30 minutes. My visa was ready for collection on Wednesday 1 March. Collection took only 5 minutes. I paid to receive an sms when my visa is ready for collection, but did not receive any communication via sms, only via email.
I would give the supervisor 5 stars as she’s the only one that could help me sort out my visa and passport issues. She listened to my story and even made sure I get my passport the next day. Waited 7 weeks for my passport to return after a spousal approval and paying priority service. £ 573 U.K. home office didn’t inform TLS SA that they were giving out priority for existing customers and they didn’t know what I was talking about. I applied from Cape Town and with no help from them I flew to Pretoria to go sort out this problem. The First Lady at TLS Pretoria was rude and didn’t listen to what I was saying and just said I have to wait 6months. After paying priority thats definitely not happening Even told me I didn’t pay priority. She didn’t listen at all. I asked for the supervisor and this sweet tiny lady sorted out everything after seeing what I was going through. Some advice..ask for her first! Thanks I’m off to see my wife!
TLS returned my passport and UK work Visa with a pre-loaded UK sim-card which was a nice touch. Compared to my previous experience in 2018 it does feel like TLS have improved their customer experience dramatically. The pricing of some of the value add services have me worried that to those less fortunate that urgently need them cannot access it, hence only 4 stars.
Applied for our UK VISA and me and my husband received it 3 days later. The staff are not overly friendly, but it was an efficient and quick process. Especially paying 4k for 2 visas, it was worth it. Thanks for great service tls.
Terrible Experience, they make it impossible to get hold of anyone to find out where your passport is. You pay for priority service and all you seem to get is a nice sticker on your application. Everyone seems to be incompetent. I got notification that my visa has been approved and 10 days later my passport still hasn’t arrived, and god forbid anyone can tell me where my passport is. Home Affairs 2.0.
My family's passports have been mission for over 3 months now . We paid for courier services for their passports to be returned . This people don't even have a direct tel service that we can at least contact them . No email address or any means of communication . Horrible service that I was charged for . Now we must spend Another time and over R5000 for new passports . The decision was already made a long time ago . , can't you just send us back the passports?
