Friendly and good customer service

I was disappointed with the service rendered by this agency, at no fault of their own. The consultants cannot provide information about documentation you may be missing or require, which is hugely unhelpful, particularly for first time applicants. Feels like somewhat of a lottery until you get feedback from the embassy! N. B. As this is the case, recommend not paying for the "priority" service. Suggest printing the checklist and ensuring all key information is shared exactly as per embassy guidelines.

They have a very big parking space woth security available at all times to help you check.. It is located in a very safe environment.. Good service are rendered.. Provisions are made for wheelchair users..

They are fast. There is free parking in the premises don’t park at the shopping centre and they only need one copy of everything as they scan it. That was my experience in May 2018

The service is very efficient, but this is really just a processing centre for biometric information. The staff here offer little in the way of advice concerning visa applications, and are not involved in decision making process at all. This makes the human interaction quite distant. The visas are also expensive unfortunately, but this probably reflects popular demand amongst the citizens of the world to visit the uk

Great building but somewhat Confrontational staff. Main reason for low rating is they didn't submit all my information which resulted in visa being declined while paying extra for assistance

Very good service, better to attend this one rather than the one in Sandton, they will give you great service here

Not willing to help in a crisis! Seems like its all about making money. Pay for this...pay for that...! Very dissappointed with the level of service i received. Will not recommend to anyone!

Rude staff. Expensive. Customer service none. Worst experience ever

Others are great and mannered the others are worst. Frequent ambulant evaluation of staff attitude needed.
