Never ever do business with this company. There lack of service was shocking. Promises was made and confirmation was given that my document were submitted but this was never the case. I had to redo my application in full. No refund after I have submitted my documents for the refund. They don't answer any emails where they are guilty of non performance and it seems that they pray that the problem will just go away.
If you really want your visa application to go very smoothly, stay away from a visa request. I received a bad services from them and I would not recommend any one to them.
Multiple times try to contact them. Even though they Lizl say they will revert back, never heard from them
This service is great. The team was very helpful during every stage. I always received super quick responses to my emails. They are fast problem solvers. From 500km away in the bush I had no doubt that the Visa Request team would make my travel dream a reality. They did. Thank you
I contacted VisaRequest in a state of panic because I needed a visa urgently. Thankfully the embassy was fast-tracking visas for conference purposes. I contacted Madeleine and then Nomfanelo handled my application and submission and even assisted me when I needed help with filling in the application form. They were fast and efficient. Thank you for the great service.
Personally wont reccomend doing business with this company for every person that I have spoken to on the phone did not seem like they want to assist at all. EDIT: Hours later. Email sent as per your request. No Response

VisaRequest's service was excellent. Madelein was very efficient and made sure I had all documentation in place before engaging with the embassy. Edward, my agent was very professional and helped me at the embassy. I would definitely recommend VisaRequest.

AVOID VISA REQUEST! From my personal experience I would not recommend anyone use their services. The consultants take chances and are not closely familiar with the rules and regulations of the consulates and different immigration laws. I was given the wrong instructions to proceed with a UK transit visa application before I had entry into my destination Schengen area even after explicitly asking the consultant on this and the application was refused on those grounds. In my particular case there was really no room for error and this ended up costing me upwards of R7000 and I needed to book a new flight ticket directly into a Schengen area. Their management team refused to take any responsibility in the matter and staff generally showed zero sense of urgency. My advice would be to DO IT YOURSELF. At the end of the day almost all applications are online and VisaRequest adds little to no value during the process.
