Actually I want to give 1 star so bad but I love Total Concept Academy, I've been happy and loyal with the brand for more than 5 years. The new company in charge of the Total Concept distributors is a pain in my butt honestly. Its the 1st time to experience a lowest level of professionalism. That Maruska lady knows nothing about communication and good service, I really don't know how they employed her. That office is a mess, they keep on blaming each other as if they're not working for the same company. It's close to 2 months now, waiting for my therapist stool. I faced so many challenges with the whole order, I received my things 1by1. No explanation, nothing I have to remind them. I really miss Michelle and her excellent service. It's even difficult to complain cz their boss is their mom apparently its a family business.

I graduated from Total Concept Academy with my Diploma in Skincare and Bodycare in December 2016. Total Concept is more than just a beauty college. It is an experience. It teaches you so many valuable skills that enable you to work anywhere around the world. After I graduated, I made the decision to do a 10 month contract on the cruise ships, specialising in the slimming treatment on board. I wouldn’t have been able to do that without Total Concept Academy. I am now living in London focusing more on the business side of the beauty industry. And absolutely loving what I do. I wouldn’t be where I am today without Total Concept. If the beauty industry is something you would like to pursue, I highly highly recommend Total Concept being your gateway into the industry. Best decision I made. And it’s the best decision you could possibly make !!

What an amazing experience! Loved the massages ‍ at the Spa and the food was amazing too. Would definitely go back and highly recommend them.

Not good service, my face is left with a scar on the forehead after doing a brow shape and tint. Never going back there, even if it’s the only place open.

Great service and friendly personnel but the nail art is too outdated and the gel colours are limited.
