Today was my first visit at Camelot Spa and definitely not my last. My therapist Daniele was such a sweetheart and gave an excellent back & neck massage. Very impressed with the spa and an overall pleasant experience

asked if I could be present for the treatment I booked for my partner and the therapist said I could not because of Covid all restrictions were lifted and no covid protocols in place. I then gave her specific instructions on how I'd like the treatment to be done as it was his first time waxing. I told her exactly how to shape the brows but she did not do what I instructed her to do. It looked as though an amateur did it and not a trained professional. she did not shape his brows as per my instruction she just waxed around it. She then tried calling me to come into the treatment room after she had already messed up but I had to attend to something else trusting that she took notice of my instruction. If I wanted him to walk around with busted eyebrows I would have done it myself - not paid someone!!! the spa is very prestigious and the treatment you receive while waiting to be treated is 5 star, too bad their therapists are inexperienced - very disappointed

Very poor experience. My French gel overlay is very untidy. It took over an hour for my soak off. This was my first and last time at Camelot Spa. I definitely would not recommend this place for nail related treatments.

Ask for Liesel to get your nails done, she always does a great job. Really tranquil spa with nice choice of treatments.

Don't bother booking. They don't bother pitching for work. Went for a massage. Was let into relaxation area to get ready. 30 minutes later the masseuse still hadn't arrived so I left. Ladies at Reception weren't even surprised. Both apologies, or rescheduled spots.
