My baby was admitted to the pediatric ward 3 times now and I honestly can't complain about the service we received. The nurses are very friendly and helpful. I would also just like to applaud the doctor who treats him often. Doctor Edward Akarue. He is a great addition to the hospital.

Worst hospital ever. It’s a shame that it is private. You pay for rude staff all around. And their response is that, they can be rude because they don’t have any other competition.

It's been a week and a few hours since my baby boy was born at Mediclinic. I am simply so grateful that the doctors and nurses took such excellent care of us - at the end of the day, the fact that we are both healthy and happy is what matters most. I had to do a C-section, though I had gone in for an induction, so that first day was not at all easy, but I would do it all again. I only wish the staff/nurses communicated better with each other as there were times where they would understandably be called to duty but wouldn't put another nurse in charge of my request, or there was miscommunication with visiting regulations from one nurse to the other, 'causing frustration and inconsistency. The midwife on 12/10-13/10 was amazing and really helped me with bathing and feeding my baby. Speaking of, the food was also really good and I kind of miss it... Thank you to everyone who helped bring our baby into the world

On the 31st of March my son went for a minor operation. Whilst we were filling forms with the lovely lady at reception, a big voice was screaming at my son 8year old telling him to stop twirling. Once I intervened the lady said my son was turning in the foyer with his eyes closed. My son's eyes were wide open and he was set back by this Dr Khotule's approach to the point of being scared of the operation. I was there next to my son, the least she could have done is a approach me and not scream at the boy. I am very disturbed and angry now that I am digesting this situation. Thanks to the receptionist whom was trying to neutralize the situation but I need it addressed properly

Today 3/02/2022 was checked in at ER and i would like applaude the treatment, the care or service i received from all the staff who went passed where i was. Their polite behavior from the cleaning staff to the Dr who politely greeted me. I was amazed. While waiting for transport they kept on checking on me if i was ok. A special appreciation to the Sr who is managing the ER and nurse N Mntungwa who freely offered to buy me something to drink with her own money. I was later offered juice and sandwich. Its the first time experiencing such a service and im very greatfull.

I was really disappointed in the staff at exrays. Me, my wife and two children were treated very impatiently, rudely and constantly told we should hurry up. The children were sick and no grace were shown at all with them, being pushed and shoved into the right positions. This was during the evening of 17 April 2022 and I really hope that this will be taken further.

Very clean reception area. Parking a bit of an issue. But otherwise a very good experience

Have made use of this hospital for as long as it is here. Always receive top service. However the radiology portion service has gone from excellent to none existent. Three hours for a sonar of an ankle? No competition, no care. And previously most excellent even on a weekend.

Poor service. Think I will get better service at Evander. This hospitaal don't listen to there patient's. And even the food is not std. Thanks but no thanks

I just spent 4 hours in radiology. 2 of which was waiting for the MRI machine, and 1 and a half hours for my results. I realise that I came in without an appointment,but this is defintely unacceptable. The gentleman that went in after me, also without an appointment, came out with his reaults in hand. I missed my spcialist and need to make a new appointment to see him so that we can go over my reaults. No communication from staff unless asked. I wouldn't even bother going if it wasn't the only place around here with an MRI machine
