Twins Guest House - King Williams Town

My cousin forgot her cellphone charger at check out and sent me to get it a day after. I found it in good condition furthermore the manager is super nice

We had such a nice and spacious room for our recent stay however it turned out to be a family suite that was let out to us and other guests a couple. The noise levels at night were unbearable. It was even more disappointing to be told by the manager that there's nothing he could do as the room is a family suite and the other guest were old clients of his and felt uncomfortable telling them not to make noise. As nice and comfortable this place can be but I cannot stand substandard service. The managers attitude generally is distasteful.

This guesthouse is like a four star hotel I loved everything about it the friendly staff and the clean rooms and the amazing breakfast perfect..the clean swimming pool and free wifi

Every time I think about King William's Town, Twins Guest House comes to mind. It's a place to be if you are higher quality person. Keep it up Management and all the Staff, see you next time! Never disappoints, once more.

Located in a quiet area, yet close to everything you need. The staff, including front desk, cleaning, and kitchen staff, were very friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Property is well-maintained. Ticks all boxes.
