Uganda High Commission in South Africa

Very disappointing & frustrating dealing with this office. Communication is very poor. No response to emails. No sense of urgency. Called office over 17 times!! Albeit they now cite faulty lines, they are able to hear you intermittently but yet don't make any attempt to revert or find alternative solution to attend to someone calling so incessantly. Most disheartening.

Ugandan High Commision in SA works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So proud of you guys. I applied for a holiday visa for my daughter. The online visa application system was perfect - it was not tedious and questions were relevant - payment went seamlessly and I got e-mail notifications instantly. My daughter's visa was approved in less than 24 hours!!!!!!!!!! Altogether a great service experience that left a smile on our faces. Thanks guys - you rock.
