A great refreshment stop. It has some shelters for vehicle but often occupied. There is a restaurant and convenience store for quick grabs of needs. The toilet is clean. Most importantly, the feul is apparently cheaper in Mossel Bay than other stations.

Waited, there were no service so went to Engin accross the road

Shell Ultra City Riviersonderend is always a good place to stop during your journey on the N2 towards Garden Route from Cape Town. Easy access while you stop for feul for the trip, or something to eat or drink for the family or friends that accompany you on your trip. The restrooms is always clean and the stop can be recommended

The cashierwas so friendly and shewas fast too since there was only one till open. Overall great service

Good day Trust you are well, I'm truly disappointed in the level of customer received by the cashier who worked on the evening of 25.06.2022. @ just after 21:10 I asked the cashier if myself and my brother could stand inside the store after spending R500 at the store & steers as it was extremely cold. POP can be shared on request. Please view footage to confirm. I visit the area at least once a week as I buy wood in the area & normally stop to buy food etc. On this specific evening my truck got stuck in the mud and was waiting for someone to fetch me from Cape Town hence my request to her. I also noticed a client walk into the store & she left, client waited about 5 min might be less to be served by the gentlemen who was busy filling up vehicles. View footage to confirm above, having worked in the customer service environment for about 12 years, seeing this was definitely poor on the part of her. I sincerely hope this was merely a once off as client service is of utmost importance within this environment. Thank you, Regards Tyrone
