The staff are extremely friendly and the one lady who assisted us, she was so sweet. She cleaned our car's front and rear bumpers, and the windscreen front and rear as it was so dirty of our long trip. We surprised her with a chocolate as a thanks The lady at Steers was just as nice and friendly, my boyfriend forget his wallet on the counter but we didn't know then she called us back 2 seconds later to say we forgot the wallet. Thank you so so much to her for her honesty by calling us back

I would give this garage a four star and I am regular customer. I fill up there most of the time as I get vplus points. The one star rating is for Vida staff members that offer completely bad customer service. I one bought coffe for four people and I was given 5 and forced to pay for the 5th one as it was already made. Unfortunately I did not have time to argue as I was rushing for a meeting and I just paid. Second time I bought a Latte. I was given a cappuccino and when I said it was a wrong order I was told it is the same. All I wanted was a sorry and not the attitude that was given. Again I was late for a meeting and I just took my coffe. Also that day I was wearing my work uniform and the staff member kept on calling me with the with the company name. Very unprofessional, please correct before you lose clients like me. I no longer buy from the vida although I still use the garage. I did not note the staff names, but it was both ladies.

The petrol station is wonderful. The attendants are very friendly, quick, and helpful. I would not recommend the beef pie from Vidae Cafe though...it was all sauce and no meat. Overall a well-kept and clean place.

A one star is very generous, shocking service and unfriendly staff, after filling my tank, my bonnet was left open, would recommend driving past for the next garage

Really good food, however there's a lot they don't have on the vida e caffe menu that makes it Vida e caffe... the worst service imaginable. Not only did the girl get my order wrong, but she did not want to give me what I ordered initially because bread is bread. And she wasn't in the mood. I needed to take it or leave it. And there is no professionalism. As a loyal Vida lover, I could assure there is no other Vida where you have to wait for someone behind the counter because they are on their phones. And I'd wish to say this lady had a bad day. However, it's not the first time this type of service and attitude from the employees there. It's definitely the worst Vida I've been too.

Petrol jocks very good and attentive especially Michael and William. Very good coffee at Vida shop and best sandwiches. Clean restrooms. Steers good quality food.
