Fast service nice people, but there is a bad smell in the air....

My recent visit to Engen Grape Valley Convenience left me feeling grateful for the kind and attentive service provided by Randell and Donavan. After participating in the Sidewalk Specials Steri Drive, we stopped by this establishment on our way back home. The care we received was exceptional, from the water and tyre checks to the cleaning of our windows and side mirrors. Their attentive service provided us with a sense of safety and security during our long journey home. It's always refreshing to encounter such friendly service, and we appreciate their efforts in going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Overall, Engen Grape Valley Convenience is an excellent stop for anyone looking for top-notch service on their travels. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone passing through the area. Thank you once again to Randell and Donavan for their exceptional service.
Nice stop station for everybody food galore clean toilets plus winery place
I only stopped to clean the windscreen before my long journey. Heinrich was so friendly! He is an ambassador for his company.
Located just off the main N1 Road between Cape Town and Johannesburg. Entrance is situated on the road leading into the town of De Doorns. Friendly and helpful service from the staff. Clean facilities. Wimpy restaurant for sit down and take away meals. Convenience shop located opposite restaurant. Ample parking space available.
Quick stop for a bite to eat at the Wimpy. The food was Wimpy standard - so it was good. The Engen garage itself is not bad. The toilets can be cleaner and neater. Also maybe more garage bins. Other than that, it's a nice quick stop and there are a few grass patches for the doggies.
i stopped there on monday to freshen up after my phone stared giving me hassles,and i must say Sheron and Rico were really very professional as well as helpful,never experienced service like this at any other engen garage.the owner should really look after these guys,they are definitely an asset to the company
Please repair your toilet doors slots
The manager of the garage is just rude and very impatient! Had an unpleasant experience! They deserve 0 stars but in order to post this I had to give them a star!
