They always look so well after our cats when we are on vacation. I can highly recommend Vaal Pet Lodge. It is like a holiday for your four legged friends as well.

This place is top notch. Friendly staff. You can you go on holiday without worrying about your pet. I recommend it to all pet owners.

I had a wonderful experience at this pet hotel, particularly for medium and large dogs. However, I would advise that if you have a smaller, shy, or fearful dog, they might feel slightly out of place in this environment. The overall condition of the place is top-notch, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of the dogs and the maintenance of the entire property.  I was particularly impressed with the caretaker's dedication during holiday periods. They diligently attend to the dogs' needs, especially during fireworks which are not very common in this area. Moreover, if your furry friend feels anxious, the caretaker even offers medication to help them calm down.  Overall, this pet hotel is a highly recommended choice for a worry-free boarding experience. The staff's attentiveness and their commitment to the dogs' comfort and safety exceeded my expectations.

Our fisrt time using them, and it was for 2 days and 1 night - our animals a blind pom and a 3 month old kitten were quite happy when we picked them up. They even set us pics of our dog ee were very concerned as this was her 1st time away from home showing how happy she was. So from my wife and myself, thank u Vaal Pet Lodge and all staff who were very friendly for your care of our furry kids...

My doggie kiddos are so happy to stay here when we're away! Azel and her team is fantastic, and the kennels are so neat and clean!
