I totally enjoyed my time there, I do however have a few suggestions to make this place much better and family friendly. 1. More Heat for the heated pool 2. Have more swimming pools and slides 3. Have more family activities The geyser in my chalet didn't work but service delivery was great in fixing it. Fishing there is great and the people there is really friendly. Google need to give us a option of minus stars. The place was dirty by the tables at your room. Spiderwebs everywhere. They don't really have play area and they one do have is broken. How do you charge people all that money and don't upgrade your place. Where should the children play? They don't have microwaves. No soap to shower. No towels at the showers. I will honestly not go there anytime soon unless it's upgraded. I had to keep my daughter busy cause she was board.

I am rating this as typical fishing lodge. one of the best in class. Always a good spot to catch and release some yellows aka the elusive geelvis Nearby activities: Indoor warm swimming Pool. And an Outdoor pool.

The 8 sleeper is amazing, we spent a weekend in the unit. Jacuzzi, very spacious rooms and more than enough spaceRooms: 5/5

Beautiful location and friendly owners. Spacious property so you dont hear your neighbours but the one set of ablutions needs a bit of work. Will recommend!Service: 4/5

It's absolutely a minus zero star. you need to take your own soap & towels for the chalets . No dishwashing liquid in the kitchen. No shower in our apartment. You lucky to get 1 toilet roll. Will definitely not go there in the future.Rooms: 1/5

We booked a six sleeper and arrived there expecting that children stay free with parents. The children with us are ages 6 months, 18 months, 30 months and a 5 year old. It came as a surprise that children over two years are regarded as an adult and counted as a person. Nothing is stated to this effect on their website or pricing guide. We had to pay for another four sleeper as we were not allowed to all stay in the six sleeper. I had a discussion with the owner about paying additional for the two children above two years old as we all wanted to spend time together but he bluntly refused. When asked why there is nothing stated on their website or price guide to the effect that all children over two years are counted as a person for accommodation purposes, he said that they do not have to state this. There is clearly lack of transparency from the resort's side and it is a way of trapping guests into booking additional units when they get there and find out that children over two years old are counted as a person. I will never recommend this resort to anybody with children over two years as there are plenty other resorts that have transparency and allow children over two to stay free with their parents.
